Florida Huddle UK & Ireland is a one-on-one appointment tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State offers for UK & Ireland tour operators, wholesalers and media. Registration is free for travel trade and media and includes a full book of appointments that you select, along with networking events.
Once approved, you will receive your login to the Huddle UK & Ireland dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending Florida suppliers and much more!
No more than two delegates may attend on behalf of your company. Any requests for more than two delegates will need to be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
While last year’s event primarily featured our DMO partners, the 2026 edition of Florida Huddle UK & Ireland will expand participation to include attractions and accommodation partners, creating a more comprehensive and compelling representation of Florida’s full visitor offering.
After many years of participating in WTM UK alongside our valued partners, Florida Huddle UK & Ireland was created to provide a more focused, high-impact environment where Florida takes center stage. The positive feedback and strong engagement from year one confirmed the value of this approach, and we’re excited to build on that momentum with an even broader mix of partners this year.
The Appointment Requesting Period will open September 15 and close on October 4. During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI! Mutual requests first, then requests made by the buyers, followed by requests made by the Florida suppliers.
Schedules will be available on October 6. Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Dashboard. You can also send and receive private messages, block timeslots and update your public profile. We offer all the tools you need to expand your business network during the event.
Each appointment is 23 minutes long, with two minutes for "travel time".
